		<description>The watermarks seem perfectly alright to me. Then again, I know a bunch of people who got screwed over and saw their pictures published without even giving credit. If it's a big business like LGS it might even be worth getting a lawyer and making use of your rights under the &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berne_Convention_for_the_Protection_of_Literary_and_Artistic_Works" rel="nofollow"&gt;Berne Convention&lt;/a&gt; and get a cease-and-desist order (or, cheaper but less effective, write a cease-and-desist letter yourself).</description>
